Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for CNPCON 2026 – 8th Conference of Clinical Neurophysiology, organized by the Department of Neurology, SGPGIMS, Lucknow. We value your participation and aim to provide a smooth and transparent registration experience.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refund of conference registrations.

1. Registration Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Participants may request a cancellation of their registration under the following conditions:

  • A written cancellation request must be emailed to nssofsgpgi@gmail.com.

  • Refunds will be processed based on the timeline below.

Refund Timeline

  • Before 15th January 2026:
    75% of the registration fee will be refunded.

  • 16th January – 10th February 2026:
    50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

  • After 10th February 2026:
    No refund will be provided, as arrangements and resources would already be allocated.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Abstract submission fees (if any).

  • Accommodation, travel, or any personal expenses made by the participant.

  • Registrations purchased under special or discounted categories.

3. Substitution Policy (Transfer of Registration)

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant:

  • Substitution requests must be emailed before 20th February 2026.

  • A processing fee may apply.

  • On-site substitutions will not be accepted.

4. Event Cancellation by Organizers

If the conference is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, government restrictions, or events beyond organizer control):

  • The organizers may reschedule the event.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be announced as per updated guidelines.

  • Organizers will not be responsible for individual travel or accommodation losses.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during registration.
